Abstract
This study was aimed at diagnosing transmutation aspect with the respective of nemiplegia patient's static and dynamic adaptation of posture which was influenced by anti-gravity excercise, center of gravity shifting movement and segmental movement adaption of the legs and arms by key-point control in the process of Bobath's treatment approach. The patients for the investigation of this study were selected as a total 17 patients. And also, there were the investigation of into temporal transition that ‹eep the attitude with one-leg standing on the ground concerning static attitude adaption on the basis of the before of anti-gravity movement and the after of 4-weeks movement, into the bargain there found out ambulant characteristics such as a walks, its gait velocity, stride length, steps length, its cadence of the base of support on the ground concerning dynamic attitude adaption. The findings of this study follows : 1. with the respective time to keep standing pose with one-leg at static attitude transmutation, affected side showed meaningful differences as a 1.86/sec, 2.62/sec at 4 weeks later considering the before and after of this experiment(p<0.01), non-affected side at the aspect of attitude keeping time, but there didn't showed meaningful differences statistically. 2. with the respective dynamic attitude transmutation, gait velocity showed statistically meaningful differences by 4.67cm/sec of 25.18cm/sec, 29.85cm/sec at 4 weeks later at each considering the before and after of this experiment(p<0.05) 3. with the respective of stride length at dynamic attitude transmutation, affected side was more elongated by 7.88cm of a 59.38cm, 67.26cm at 4 weeks later considering the before and after of this experiment. In the other hands, non-affected side showed statistically meaningful differences by the difference of 6.14cm between 59.49cm and 65.63cm(p<0.01). 4. with the respective of steps length at dynamic attitude transmutation, paralysis patient was more elongated by 5.8cm of a 27.92cm, 33.72cm at 4 weeks later considering the before and after of this experiment. In the other hands, nonplegia patient showed statistically meaningful differences by the difference of 3.17cm between the before(31.54cm) and after(34.71cm)(p <0.01). 5. with the respective of based of support weight ground at transmutation of dynamic attitude, paralysis patient was much closed by 0.35cm of a 21.52cm, 21.17cm at 4 weeks later considering the before and after of this experiment. 6. concerning the differences of cadence at dynamic attitude transmutation, walking number showed considerable statistical meaningfulness by the differences(1.59 steps length) between 17.94 steps length and 16.35 steps length at 4 weeks later at each considering the before and after of this experiment(p<0.01). 7. there didn't show statistically meaningful differences concerning antigravity excercise according to their age, duration after onset of hemiplegia, side of paralysis.
