Abstract
The study was analyzed that the time of weight transfer(TOWT), sway velocity of centrer of gravity(COG) and symmetry of weight(SOW) from weight bearing rate(WBR) and seat materals for stroke patients and healthy adults during bilateral standing. The group included 30 stroke patients and 10 healthy elderly adults. There was a significancy in WBR, that healthy adult higher than the stroke during bilateral standing. In the SOW there was a significancy that the stroke was decreased while healthy adult increased on bilateral standing. Sway velocity of COG was a no difference on soft material decreased angle vleocity, but there was a significancy on hard materal. In both group, TOWT was faster on soft material but no difference. Statistically SOW and sway velocity of COG were decreased, TOWT was increased on the soft materals in the stroke there was a no difference. On hard material, SOW was decreased the left than right, there was a no significancy. WBR was less the right than left, sway velocity of COG and TOWT were decreased on both material in paralytic limb, but difference.
