Abstract
Background and Purpose The purpose of this study was to estimated relationship between CHAQ(Children Health Assessment Questionnaire) that can assess health state of childhood and PEDI(Pediatric evaluation of Disability inventory) that can assess function of children with cerebral palsy in order to confirm the availability of CHAQ. Subjects and Methods CHAQ and PEDI questionnaire were completed by 38 children with cerebral palsy who was 3yrs~15yrs old and treated in hospital and welfare center located Busan city and their parents was participated this study. Results We calculated Pearson relationship between CHAQ and PEDI. Conclusions In conclusion, we could confirm that availability of CHAQ to assess function level of children with cerebral palsy instead of PEDI.
