The participants performed core strengthening exercises including dynamic stretching, core stabilization exercise program, and static stretching, for 50 minutes a session, three times a week, for four weeks. Results Both groups did not show a statistically significant difference before and after exercise, but positive changes were found in postural alignment. Conclusion To improve the postural alignment of adults with different ways of wearing a bag, it seems necessary to apply an exercise program of appropriate intensity and duration of more than four weeks.
