Abstract
The purpose of this study was to prove the effects of treatment which were combining sensory integration and neurodevelopmental treatment for two children with cerebral palsy and mental retardation. This study was examined by physical therapist and occupational therapist as a team approach. The therapists treated the children and taught the parents for the home programs, 35 sessions, from June 1994 to June 1995. As a result of this study, children given the treatment showed the improvements of gross and fine motor functions, reacting to the stimulus, accomplishing for the objects, position response, and cognitive development.
