Abstract
The recovery of a patient depends on the quality of the treatment. Thus, the very prime theme of the therapy is to provide the clear and accurate information on the patient’s problem in order to give positive plastic adaptation. Among those therapies, particularly the handling consists of the stimulation and the stress over the threshold of each patient’s nervous system so that even the central nervous system could understand the afferent input. It is the form and function of the handling that the rate of progress and composite of the plasticity of the central nervous system. Therefore, the handling should be based on the normal movement so that the afferent input could be adapted plasticity through the receptors.
