Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting physiotherapist's stress at public health center. The data were collected from May 10 to 12, 2002 and 117 valid questionnaires were obtained and analyzed. They were analyzed by the frequency, T-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficiency. The result showed that point of stress from the identity guarantee physiotherapist's was 3.65, the dissatisfied solution physiotherapist's was 3.42, the administration physiotherapist's was 3.64, the job stability physiotherapist's was 3.29, the promotion and salary system physiotherapist's was 3.11. There was statistically a difference of the identity guarantee(p=0.03) which it follows as duty station of the physiotherapist. There were statistically a difference of the identity guarantee(p=0.00), promotion and salary system(p=0.02) which they follow as total career of the physiotherapist. There were statistically a difference of the identity guarantee(p=0.04), promotion and salary system(p=0.00) which they follow as service career of the physiotherapist. There were statistically a difference of the identity guarantee(p=0.00), promotion and salary system(p=0.00) which they follow grade in rank of the physiotherapist. These results suggest that physical therapist's stress at public health center largely related identity guarantee and administration system.
