Abstract
Play is a major occupational activity of children. They voluntarily participate in it and are satisfied with it. While enjoying it, they learn many skills which will be necessary for their future life. However, children with cerebral palsy who suffer from motor disorder are wanting in abilities of cognition and perception, they are difficult to voluntarily participate in play and learn from various experiences while playing. If therapy session is properly applied to play, purposes of therapy and children's desire for play will be al satisfied. To do so, analysis of their plays, cognition, perception and psychological aspects must be first carried out. Based on this analysis work and therapist's handling, choose the play which meets the developmental stage o f each child and the purposes of therapy, then integrate the play with the therapy during the treatment session.
