Al measurement were carried out by electrogoniometer. The measurement joint were shoulder extention, elbow flexion, wrist extension, hip abduction, hip adduction, knee flexion, ankle dorsiflexion, and, sit-and-reach. Collected data were analyzed by independent t-test. The results were as follows: 1.There was significant difference between living home older people and in facility older people o f right shoulder extension, right elbow flexion(p<0.05). 2.There was significant difference between living home older people and in facility older people o f right hip adduction, abduction, right knee flexion, left ankle dorsiflexion, and, sit and reach(p<0.05). It could be concluded that stretching exercise of right elbow flexion, right hip abduction, adduction, left ankle dorsiflexion, and, sit-and-reach is useful to promoting flexibility in facility older people and that exercise of right elbow extension, right knee flexion exercise i s useful to promoting flexibility in living home older people.
