Abstract
The purpose of this case report was to evaluate effects of functional outcome of an orthopedic surgery and bobath approach for a child with spastic diplegia. A child with spastic diplegia(male, 5 year.) who was after orthopedic surgery to 6 weeks Bobath approach. Evaluate of a motion analysis, Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM), Range of Motion(ROM), Functional development for functional outcome. Results showed significant improvements in motion analysis, GMFM, ROM improved scores and functional development improved in posture and movement quality. The authors of this paper present this case to raise the idea of increasing treatment efficacy by combining these modalities.
